The WARM LINEs are a confidential, one-on-one telephone support service for individuals from Carbon-Monroe-Pike, Lackawanna/Susquehanna and Wayne Counties who have a mental illness and are experiencing sadness or loneliness. It is staffed by individuals who are in recovery and understand the needs of their peers.

The Advocacy Alliance has the capability to expand these services to other counties as requested.
